Angie Lendon - Full Biography
 
Angie Lendon was born in the North of England and now resides in Hull where she is a worship leader at New Life Christian Centre.
As a songwriter Angie has had songs included on various compilations, the most recent being the New Life album Presence..
The worship journey started in a small congregation in the Yorkshire Wolds and has provided opportunity to minister in many other venues and situations.
This has included leading worship at Grapevine’s youth venue “synergy”, providing backing vocals for Godfrey Birtle at “The Call” and Andy Bromley at The AOG Together conference as well as singing as part of the vocal group on the main stage at Grapevine and Spring Harvest.
Her debut album “Honesty” was released in 2004 and is a collection of songs written from walking the road of faith in Jesus and sharing her experiences and observations.Angie is due to release her second album From Hull With Love in June.
Angie and her husband Nigel have traveled to other nations including Colombia and France in ministry, but are equally happy to minister in the homeland and have trained worship teams in various parts of the UK.
Angie is choir director at New Life in Hull where she trains and leads a 20 strong choir. She is also web editor of Power & Presence the website of New Life’s worship department. All this combined with being a wife and mother of a teenage son and daughter keeps her happily on her toes!
