Posted On: 14:20:48 21st Jun 2008Yesterday I spent time with Ann Holt of Bible Society. I used to work with Ann years ago, when she spearheaded CARE for Education. She is a unique person in the Christian community. For Ann is a thinker and a doer. Not only does she spend time and effort thinking through an opportunity for the gospel - but also she considers how that opportunity can be taken up practically in the field of harsh realities. That's because she's had experience of the shop floor as well as the boardroom. She thinks of the 'why' as well as the 'how'. I want to be like that.
