Posted On: 04:57:31 11th Aug 2008 We'll its 2:25am and I couldn’t sleep. I had to put pen to paper on some little vocal licks that keep swirling around in my head.

I'll be pulling out today around 1pm to drive north to Warm Beach Camp in Stanwood, WA, where Mara and I get the privilege of leading worship for the '08 Master's Commission Grad. Retreat. The theme this year is MC Legacy.

We are both very excited to be a part of what the Lord wants to do there this year.
This will be my first event in almost a year, so it is exciting to be back at it again, but it is also hard to just completely let go and focus on Jesus. The nervousness of doing something that I haven’t been called on to do in a little while makes me want to keep my focus more on myself. So I am finding myself in prayer and in the word a lot more the last few days, just trying to realign my focus so that we can really go someplace with the Lord in these next 3 days.

I believe that Lord wants to bring healing this week through worship (even physical healing) and a real spirit of intimacy. So I have set my expectations high and I am looking forward to the outpouring of His presence at this year’s retreat.
