Miquel Brown sings songs of love on Valentine’s Day!
Internationally renowned soul diva, actress and singer, Miquel Brown, sets hearts a glow with a set of love songs for Esher’s very own Cornerstone the Church this weekend (February 14th)!
Miquel Brown put herself on the music map in the early ‘80s with multi-million record sales and has released four albums. She has also appeared in blockbuster films such as Superman amongst others. She’s also acted and sung on stage in numerous productions, such as Fame.
The multi-million selling disco and soul singer will be performing songs alongside the Sandown Park based church’s own musicians, during the morning and evening services at 10.30am and 6pm respectively. And to add a certain extra special something there will be welcoming gifts for all the ladies as they arrive for the church’s morning service.
“We’re privileged to welcome such a seasoned artiste as Miquel to our local community once again. She touches hearts and brings out such clarity and depth of meaning through her performance,” said Founder and Senior Pastor of Cornerstone the Church, Chris Demetriou. “She will bring a whole new dimension to our discovery of the secret of true love this Valentine’s Day!”
Cornerstone the Church meets every week in Sandown Park’s Gold Cup Suite, usually at 10.30am and 6pm. There is free tea and coffee after the service and free onsite parking at Sandown Park. Cornerstone the Church has been based in Esher for more than 17 years and was founded by Senior Pastor, Chris Demetriou. The church meets every Sunday in the Gold Cup Suite on Level 2 at the Sandown Park Racecourse, Portsmouth Road, Esher, KT10 9AJ.
