 | If there is a church in your area which has more than one worship team, you could ask to borrow one for a limited period. This team or individual could then train up some of your own members before returning to their own congregation.

 | I am apart of an exciting, young, and quickly growing church in Fairfield, CA. However I find it difficult to find worship leaders and musicians that are eager to serve God, rather than serve $$. We have been looking for on fire worship leader and musicians for a few months now, and we are wondering how should we be conducting our search?
