Description

The church family at Westminster Chapel, London have been on a journey of renewal - seeing God truly at work and calling His people forth from a place of slumber, and we believe this is to have city and even nation shaking consequences as we more and more yeild to the work of His word in our hearts by the power of His Spirit. This song was one of a number of songs written as a response to the 2007 series of messages on Crossing Rivers by Greg Haslam. The song itself was used as a response time for a specific period in Oct/Nov 2007 when there was a fresh call for the church to consecrate themselves anew to the purposes of God, that He would have fresh and powerful dealings with us as a people, this brief song touches on how the weighty sense of God's presence has increasingly been felt in our corporate gatherings, how we are hungry for His glory to shine amongst us in a way we have never seen before and how we need to confess our complete dependency on God to lead us as we cross over in faith to walk paths that we have never walked before.
