Description
Whilst staying at friends in Dallas, Texas, during which I spent a number of weeks working in their office, there was a reproduction painting of Pompeo Batoni's "The Return of the Prodigal Son" hung directly opposite my desk. I looked at this painting each day and was stirred by it to write a song in response to my Father who had come so far to embrace me. This is the song that resulted from sitting opposite that provocative picture for those weeks.
