This song is based on 2 Scriptures. Philippians 4:13 - "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me" and Isaiah 40:31 - "Those who wait for the Lord will gaing new strength..." Around the time I wrote this song, I was hearing a lot of people say, "I'm nothing without Christ". This, of course, is true. Jesus Himself said that "apart from Me, you can do nothing." However, I felt that our church need to be reminded of the opposite message; that we are not without Christ and that WITH Christ, we can do amazing things... or, perhaps better said, He can do amazing things through us!
